About the Role iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Legal team with a primary focus on Latin American markets and distribution. This role will support iCapital’s offering of investment products across both U.S. and Latin American jurisdictions, advising on complex cross-border distribution matters, Latin American investment product offering rules, and international regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in U.S. and non-U.S. broker-dealer distribution issues, U.S. and Latin American securities regulations for private funds, and preferably Spanish language proficiency to effectively serve our growing Latin American client base.
