Job Summary We are seeking a Product Designer II to help design and enhance next-generation retail Point-of-Sale (POS) experiences. This role focuses on user research, UX design, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder collaboration to create intuitive experiences for customers and store associates. The ideal candidate has strong UX fundamentals, experience working in Agile environments, and expertise in translating user insights into scalable product solutions. Key Responsibilities User Research & Discovery Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, observations, and usability testing. Identify workflow inefficiencies and usability challenges.
