Site Lead – Berlin Fulfillment Center (BER3) (f/m/d)

Total Compensation Range: €72,930 - €104,550 The Position BER3 is our Berlin flagship - and the site where we pilot the processes, tools, and automation that later scale across the whole Hive network. We're looking for a Site Lead to own it end-to-end: its people, its performance, its P&L, and its standard of excellence. You'll run a site of ~200 associates across all different areas leading through a team of Area Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role - you set the standard on the floor, not from a desk.
