Role Overview
Texas Hillel is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Development Operations Manager to help build and strengthen the systems and infrastructure that support our fundraising efforts.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring that development strategy translates into consistent, high-quality execution. The Development Operations Manager oversees donor data, prospect pipelines, timelines, follow-through, and development coordination across staff and volunteer leadership.
This position will play a central role in supporting Texas Hillel’s upcoming centennial campaign and strengthening the organization’s long-term fundraising infrastructure.…
