Team Lead / Team Manager (MCA Experience Required)

Location: In-Person – New York Area Compensation: Commission + Team Override (High Six-Figure to Seven-Figure Potential) High Rise Capital is actively expanding and seeking an experienced MCA Team Lead / Team Manager to help build and scale a high-performance sales floor. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the MCA industry at a deep level and can both produce personally and elevate a team. We are not looking for someone who simply manages spreadsheets — we want a leader who can control the room, drive energy, and step into deals when necessary to get them funded.
