About this role

This exempt position is responsible for supporting the adoption and effective use of the Firm’s legal technology and innovation initiatives through training, enablement programs, and ongoing engagement with attorneys and professional staff. The Practice Technology Enablement Specialist plays an important role in translating new technologies, including generative AI tools and other advanced legal technology platforms—into practical workflows that improve attorney productivity and operational efficiency. Working closely with the Manager of Practice Innovation and other members of the innovation and professional development teams, this role coordinates training initiatives and enablement efforts that help attorneys understand how to use innovation tools effectively within their daily work.…
