About this role

Harbor is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Human Resources (Talent) Operations Coordinator (International) to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys supporting Talent Operations across multiple regions. You will play a key role in ensuring Talent processes run smoothly, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and a consistent employee experience. You will work closely with Talent, IT and Finance teams globally, gaining exposure to international processes and supporting the delivery of Talent services across the UK, Philippines, North America and other international regions.…
