HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in the Upper Central Coast Region: Wyong, Canton Beach, Toukley, Lake Haven, Blue Haven, Charmhaven, Budgewoi, Halekulani, Norah Head, Gorokan, San Remo, Doyalson and surrounds. We have Monday-Friday shifts available: 7am - 4pm OR 9am - 6pm About the role You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life.
