A rewarding opportunity for a passionate Dementia professional to join HammondCare on a Full-time Fixed Term basis at our Waratah location. Dementia Consultant, known within HammondCare Residential as a Dementia Advisor , focuses on improving the lives of individuals living with dementia by applying dementia-specific clinical knowledge and skills in a residential aged care setting. - This is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years working Monday - Friday each week As a key member, some of your responsibilities will include: Implement HammondCare's Philosophy of care and Case management framework.
