About this role

Provide technical support and maintenance for BrightSign and Carousel digital signage systems. Manage content scheduling, publishing, and updates across signage endpoints. Lead or assist in migration projects between signage platforms or hardware upgrades. Monitor signage performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and reliability. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Communications, Facilities) to align signage content with business needs. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base. Train end-users and stakeholders on signage tools and best practices. Stay updated on digital signage trends and recommend improvements. Proven experience with BrightSign and Carousel digital signage platforms.…
