About this role

Join our team as a Regional Maintenance Manager! Gorman & Company is looking for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing communities throughout Northern and Eastern Wisconsin. While the portfolio is subject to change, current locations include communities throughout Milwaukee, Wausau, Green Bay, Sheboygan, and surrounding markets. Ideally, this individual will be based in the Milwaukee area to support regional travel and operational needs. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, passionate about mentoring maintenance teams, and experienced in managing maintenance operations across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.…
