You live where other people go on vacation. And you become part of the kitchen team that keeps everything clean, safe and ready for service. As a Kitchen Hygiene Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a busy hotel kitchen. Plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, preparation areas — everything must be clean, organized and available at the right time. Without this role, service doesn’t run smoothly.
