About this role

The Role We're hiring a GTM associate to own Faction's top-of-funnel outbound execution. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work inside a semi-defined process, coordinate daily with our sales team, and be measured on throughput, accuracy, and follow-through. The core workflow: identify target accounts → build persona lists in Sales Navigator → personalize and launch Lemlist campaigns → monitor and flag replies for handoff.
