About this role
Wat ga je doen? Je komt als SPV in het team bij de crisisdienst te werken en wordt zodoende ingezet bij acute psychiatrische crisissituaties. Hierbij gaat het om triage, beoordelingen, behandeling, bevorderen doorstroom en monitoren voortgang. Je biedt als sociaal psychiatrisch verpleegkundige hulpverlening aan cliënten met ernstige, psychische c.q. psychiatrische problematiek en hun systemen. Je voert zelfstandig methodische sociaal psychiatrische verpleegkundige behandelingen uit (op basis van behandelplan) gericht op verandering of stabiliteit. Je draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van individuele- en groepsbegeleidingsactiviteiten. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van je vak als SPV.…
