Job Description Summary The Lead Security Specialist on the Personnel Security (PERSEC) Team will help integrate and develop processes that meet needs across the organization, manage complex issues within PERSEC, contribute to long-term planning and executing the overall business strategy. The role of the PERSEC Lead Security Specialist also aides in the development, implementation, and maintenance of personnel security procedures as required by 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) and the Department of Defense Manual (DOCM) 5205.07.
