Accounting Representative II

Summary Responsible for performing general accounting functions to support the department including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, month-end close, year-end close, audit preparation and various reconciliations. This position supports financial operations through journal entries, invoice processing, payment processing, account reconciliations, accruals, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements.
