About this role
We are looking for a Client Account Manager with 1-4 years of experience in handling international clients. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams to resolve any issues the client might face. Your client’s growth is your priority! Roles and responsibilities Work closely with Client Experience Associates (internal) to resolve any issues related to the account to improve the effectiveness of call handling.
