Roles and responsibilities Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and retention. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Answer potential client questions, follow up calls, and respond to requests for proposals. Make outbound calls to new and potential clients. Convert free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer lifetime value. Generate referrals and positive reviews from clients to create Word of Mouth impact. Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades. Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.…
