ABOUT THE JOB FriendliAI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as the technical liaison between our customers and the engineering team behind our large-scale AI inference platform. You’ll help developers and enterprises deploy, scale, and optimize generative and agentic AI workloads running on FriendliAI infrastructure. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our users, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and optimal product usage. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and support teams to represent the customer's voice and help shape a delightful developer experience.
