Our client is hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their small and dynamic team where you will continue to develop your technical skills. As the 2nd Line Engineer, you will handle incoming technical support incidents, requests, and changes. 2nd Line Support Engineer provides updates and ensure ongoing customer communication is maintained. 2nd Line Support Engineer will help with the resolution of calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries.
