As Senior Corporate Law & Corporate Financing Expert (m/f/d), your primary focus will be the legal implementation and further development of our group-wide corporate governance. The role also includes responsibility for the legal aspects of Flix's corporate financing activities, which form a distinct but smaller part of the position.
About the Role
Responsible for corporate governance topics (rules of procedure, signature regulations, powers of attorney, approval frameworks)
Maintain cap table management and equity governance - ensuring a single source of truth and coordination with Finance/Tax/People…
