About this role

Position Summary: Quotient is seeking a hands-on strategic leader and operator to lead matrixed project teams comprised of representatives from early genomic science, assay development, high-throughput lab and data science across multiple projects in a scaling biotech environment. The successful candidate will combine scientific and operational rigor with strong interpersonal and matrixed leadership skills, connecting stakeholders and teams, driving execution, and maintaining alignment across a portfolio of research programs.
