ROLE SUMMARY
The Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and securing the IT infrastructure that supports Firmus’ business operations across regional offices. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of servers, network systems, endpoints, cloud services, and enterprise platforms. The role requires a strong hands-on background in system administration, hybrid Active Directory environments, cybersecurity enforcement, and end-user support.
