About this role

EverPass is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue & Billing Operations Analyst to support the company's Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) subscription, billing, and revenue operations functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of customer billing, subscription management, revenue reconciliation, and operational processes across EverPass products and partner offerings. As a key member of the SMB Business Enablement team, this individual will work closely with Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams to support the lifecycle of commercial venue accounts, maintain billing accuracy, ensure subscription compliance, and drive operational excellence.…
