In een omgeving waar alles continu in beweging is, ben jij als HR Officer het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers. Je begeleidt onboarding, beheert verzuim en verlof en zorgt dat onze HR processen volgens cao en wetgeving worden uitgevoerd. Door onze stabiele groei zoeken we versterking binnen het HR team. JOUW UITDAGINGEN Als HR Officer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zorg je voor een soepel verloop van alle HR processen. Je beheert contracten en mutaties, houdt personeelsdossiers op orde en begeleidt zowel onboarding als offboarding.…
