Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. This is an exceptional job share opportunity for independent providers who value flexibility and autonomy within a close-knit, rural hospital environment. Position Highlights: $150,000 (1099) 13 weeks of service in a job share model (typical rotation: 1 week per month) 4-member CRNA-only team; 2 on site daily with shared call This position only requires 6 weekends of call coverage per the 13 weeks Off-site call with a 30-minute response time Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry No OB services Approximately 100 cases per month Qualifications:…
