About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du bist aktiv an Analyse, Beratung und Konzeption komplexer HR-Landschaften beteiligt Du übernimmst die technische Umsetzung (Customizing) in relevanten SAP HCM Modulen Du optimierst und digitalisieren HR-Prozesse mit unseren KundInnen und der Crew Du unterstützt in der Akquise neuer Projekte und KundInnen als Teil des (Pre)Sales Du leitest Teil- und Gesamtprojekte Dein Profil Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP HCM Du hast bereits Customizing-Erfahrungen in den Modulen PA, PY, OM und/oder PT Du zählst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamorientierung zu Deinen Stärken Du hats eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie konversationssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis von Personalprozessen mit W…
