About the role: As the Manager for the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and Success Managers supporting Enova’s Small Business (SMB) ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) Sales Channel. This role will focus on day-to-day team management, pipeline oversight, partner engagement, people development, and execution against channel goals.
