DEINE ROLLE Als Werkstudent im Recruiting (w/m/d/x) unterstützt du das EMIL Recruiting Team über den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für Tech- und Non-Tech Profile. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Senior Recruiter zusammen und bekommst einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in moderne Recruiting-Strategien und die Arbeit eines Recruiters. Neben dem Daily Business bekommst du auch die Chance an kleineren Projekten mitzuwirken, diese selbstständig zu bearbeiten und uns damit zu unterstützen, die besten Talente für unser Team zu gewinnen. WAS DICH ERWARTET Active Sourcing & Talent Identification: Du identifizierst und sprichst aktiv passende Kandidaten über Plattformen wie LinkedIn an und unterstützt beim Aufbau von Talentpipelines.…
