About this role
Description • Delivery of key trainings to program and non-program sales staff within Iraq. • Work closely with key functions to identify training needs or improvements. • Work closely with partner stakeholders to ensure partner training is delivered smoothly. • Certified Trainers will deliver vendor-developed curriculum in classrooms, virtual sessions, customer sites, and in-store as per training execution plans. • Publish partner training and progress reports. • Ensure training compliance for all program partners. • Responsible for ensuring the training kit is updated and maintained. • Local content creation for new product introduction (NPI) seasons. • Responsible for maintaining premium technology training standards in Iraq.…
