ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an Founding Growth specialist to build and lead Elicit's demand generation and field marketing function from the ground up. As the founding member of our enterprise marketing team, you will design and execute integrated marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth, accelerate deals, and deepen customer engagement with researchers and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation, a strong quantitative foundation, and a builder's mindset. You excel at analyzing data to identify opportunities, can clearly articulate the "why" behind your strategies with compelling metrics, and move quickly from insight to execution.…
