About Healthcare RN Clinical Informaticist GENERAL DUTIES: The Clinical Informaticist role provides a liaison between clinical workflows and information technology in the implementation, optimization and ongoing support of clinical systems involved with the electronic health record (EHR). The Clinical Informaticist is responsible for workflow transformation, assessment, planning, design, redesign,validation, testing, evaluation, end user training, implementation support, optimization, and adoption of clinical applications and processes.
