School Based Behavior Technician Location and Type Service: Onsite School Based 1:1 Services (Long Island, NY) Full- Time: Work Full School Day Hours: Monday through Friday (School Hours) Pay Rate: $23-26 per hour Start Date: Immediate Opening POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) and Behavior Technicians(BT) to join our team in full-time school-based positions. In this role, technicians will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting. Team members will work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.…
