We are building a more efficient, intelligent, and AI-enabled People Operating System. As a Senior People Transformation Strategist, you will lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives that fundamentally reshape how the People function operates at DoorDash and Wolt.
About the Role
This is not a role for someone who optimizes at the margins. The first hire in this function will help define how this team operates — bringing both the discipline to execute and the judgment to shape what we build. You'll own significant workstreams within a broader transformation roadmap, diagnosing structural inefficiencies, redesigning processes end-to-end, and implementing scalable, AI-enabled solutions that change how work gets done across the organization.…
