About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash's marketplace. We're building the world's leading last-mile logistics platform — and at the center of that is creating the best experience for gig workers to achieve their financial goals. We own the full Dasher lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding, to earnings and order assignment, to rewards and recognition for the best Dashers. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support in order to create a seamless experience for Dashers, whether it be their first dash or their 500th.
