About the Team The In-Store Customer Success Team is a global, collaborative group of relationship builders, problem solvers, and product experts who help hospitality operators achieve their goals. With empathy and a customer-first mindset, we guide clients through every stage of their journey and ensure they get lasting value from the SevenRooms platform. About the Role As an Implementation Partner, you’ll work directly with new clients to configure and launch their SevenRooms platform. You’ll understand their current challenges, develop onboarding strategies, and guide them through adoption to set them up for long-term success.
