About this role

Most AE roles hand you a quota, a Salesforce instance, and a playbook. This one is different. We're a Series A SaaS company out of Berlin - the category leader in training, onboarding, and compliance software for frontline-heavy, regulated industries like food & beverage, hospitality, and manufacturing. We've built a repeatable European sales engine with strong fundamentals: over 140% NRR and a proven ability to cut workplace incidents by more than 50% for our customers. Now we're going all-in on the US. We've been pulled into this market by existing customers. We have budget, conviction, and a co-founder - Mona - relocating to NYC to lead the US entity full-time.
