Your Impact
As a Senior Program Manager within the Business Transformation team, you will serve as an organizational connector and accelerator across DISCO's enterprise. You will directly champion and operationalize our Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Initiatives — turning high-level corporate strategies into measurable, revenue-generating reality.
From initial discovery to final business adoption, you will partner directly with cross-functional business owners to orchestrate the execution of complex, high-visibility transformations. You will deliver program materials—including comprehensive Project Charters, Change Management roadmaps, and detailed future-state process designs—that empower business teams to scale efficiently.…
