Content Designer – Digital Transformation project GDS experience

Due to our continued success in the digital arena, we are now looking for an interim Content Designer to join us on one of our digital transformation projects with our public sector customer. This position will be based in Newcastle. This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity, outside IR35 and candidates must be able to start early November at the latest. Content Designer - Responsibilities: Things you'll be doing include: • User needs analysis: Observing, working and analysing user needs from existing content, write and manage user needs, propose changes where necessary. • Transition phase: identify content gaps and overlaps based on user needs analysis, identify the appropriate content format for a topic area, for example flat page, tool, service etc.…
