The Staff Counsel position will provide legal services to the Company’s Land, Operations and other business units related to mineral development, including assisting in asset acquisitions, divestitures, and exchanges. This position provides day-to-day advice on a broad range of oil and gas legal issues, including operational and transactional matters, but will also be expected to competently provide a variety of other general legal advice and services to business units throughout the Company.
