About this role
Reporting to the Training Lead, the Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving site-specific training programs with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role ensures all employees and contractors meet regulatory, corporate, and project training requirements while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning. This position will initially be based in Saskatoon; however, the successful candidate must be willing to work a rotational role (2-week on/2-week off) at the Wheeler River Site in Northern Saskatchewan. • Conduct all duties in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.…
