The Quantity Surveyor/Estimator provides integrated support across cost estimating, quantity verification, and progress validation to ensure accurate project financial reporting and decision‑making. The role combines field‑level quantity tracking with preparation and analysis of estimates for various project phases. Responsibilities include reviewing EPCM‑submitted quantities, take‑offs, cost data, material receipts, and bid evaluations; preparing independent estimates; validating budget recasts; and supporting cost forecasting through accurate earned value alignment.
