About the Opportunity DPAC seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Manager of Compliance and HR to lead and strengthen the school’s compliance infrastructure while supporting key human resources functions. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, operations, and people strategy, ensuring that DPAC meets all federal, state, and local requirements while building strong internal systems. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the Manager of Compliance and HR will also manage all aspects of non-competitive grant administration for DPAC.
