About the Position
The Family Impact Manager (FIM) position will ensure an excellent experience for families while engaging with Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus (DPAC.) Working in partnership with school leadership, the FIM will ensure each interaction and touchpoint with a DPAC staff member upholds our commitment to providing the best service to all families and community stakeholders.
The FIM role will play an integral part in the family engagement at Democracy Prep by owning and completing a variety of organizational, administrative and professional duties to support our families. Additionally, the FIM will support DPAC operations in streamlining the daily functioning of all operations on campus.…
