About this role

Notre équipe Digital Compliance recherche un·e Digital Compliance Analyst (f/m/d) en Alternance (12 ou 24 mois idéalement) basé·e à Paris. Au sein de la direction Digital Compliance, vous rejoignez une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 4 experts (project managers, compliance analysts cyber/data/IA/Privacy,) qui naviguent entre la tech, le business et la réglementation. Notre mission ? Accompagner la transformation digitale de Decathlon à l'échelle mondiale en intégrant la conformité (focus RGPD, AI Act) de manière fluide et opérationnelle. Face au déploiement massif de l'IA et aux enjeux de protection des données, notre défi est de vulgariser la règle pour en faire un accélérateur d'innovation et sécuriser le terrain de jeu de nos équipes.
