Job Title: Content Digitisation Lead (Back Shift) Shift Pattern: 1400-2200 Location: Boston Spa, UK Findmypast, part of the DC Thomson media and publishing company, is recruiting for a Content Digitisation Lead to join our team in Boston Spa. The Content Digitisation Lead ensures continuity of delivery, quality, and operational decision-making across extended hours studio operations within a high-volume digitisation environment. The successful candidate will maintain consistent output, mitigate delivery risk, and optimise performance outside core management coverage, directly supporting revenue-generating partnerships and long-term archive value creation.
