Your mission Are you interested in employee engagement, performance management, and how People & Culture teams support a growing organization? Join our People Team as a People & Culture Intern and support key initiatives that shape how we engage, develop, and support employees at Datamaran. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, performance processes, and learning and development. What You’ll Work On Coordinating the bi-annual engagement survey, including preparation, launch, participation tracking, and initial analysis. Supporting the annual performance review cycle by tracking progress and assisting with communication and coordination. Administering the learning and development platform (Fuse), including adding new employees and updating content.…
