CSQ126R20 Role Summary The Global Learning Operations & Transformation Manager is an enterprise operations leader responsible for modernizing and scaling the operating foundation that powers ENGAGE (Training Operations) globally. This role will establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence (CoE), driving AI-enabled operational transformation across Learning & Enablement (L&E) through scalable workflows, governance, automation, analytics, and operational discipline. The role is focused on improving how global systems, teams, and processes work together enabling ENGAGE to operate with greater predictability, visibility, efficiency, and commercial alignment across regions and programs.
