About this role

Deine Aufgaben Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n engagierte*n Werkstudent*in zur Unterstützung unseres IT-Teams an unserem Standort in Karslruhe. Du hast die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen im IT-Support zu sammeln und das Tagesgeschäft aktiv mitzugestalten. Folgende Aufgaben warten auf Dich: Du unterstützt bei der Bereitstellung des First-Level-Supports für unsere internen Nutzer*innen und Business-Applikationen. Du hilfst bei der Wartung und dem Troubleshooting von Standard-Hardware (z. B. Laptops, Monitore), Software sowie bei grundlegenden Netzwerkproblemen. Du richtest Nutzerkonten ein, konfigurierst Geräte und hilfst beim Tracking von IT-Inventar. Komplexere technische Anfragen leitest Du an erfahrene Teammitglieder weiter.…
