About the Role The AVP/Director of Business Development is a key position, with the primary goal of acquiring new business and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts including but not limited to technical, engineering, life sciences, and non-IT categories in the Direct and SOW based-based clients in the commercial sector. What will you be doing day to day? Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients. Work with a team of lead generators to ensure they have the right pitch and engagement tools to bring good leads to your desk. Identify and work with the proposal team to identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in the commercial space.…
